The order could n’t be completed as the website doesn’t accept credit cards (which was really a big disappointment). Please update the payment options in the website so that international customers can also place orders with Chards without any difficulty.

The website will now allow you to place an order online and make payment by debit card for all of our international customers in Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. You need to make it clear on the payment page you don't accept debit cards.I tried several times to complete a transaction for my original order......By the time I got an explanation email.....My order had sold out and the value of what I was trying buy had increased considerably due to a shift in the exchange rate and also a shift in precious metals prices......If I had the correct information on the payment page I could of completed my order on that day and got what I wanted and saved money.

You now will be able to use your debit card online to purchase from us. However, if you do experience any difficulties in the future please let us know so we can reserve and fix the price whilst you make payment, sorry this wasn't offered to you at the time.
