Great. This was my first time ordering from Chards. As my item was a pre-order item I wasn’t sure if or when I’d receive my item
I was pleasantly surprised that somebody had taken the time to call me and to tell me my item had arrived in stock, when it was going to be sent out and when I should receive it by. Would definitely buy from chards again

Bad points:
1) You never seem to have many reasonably priced silver coins in stock. I bought 861 coins and I got an alert that these coins were back in stock. When I went to check, it was only around 38. It wasn’t worth my time especially since the pricing for this quantity would be worse than bulk.
2) You should analyze the pricing of different international shipping providers and allow international buyers to choose cheaper alternatives.
Good points
1) After much complaining, Hilary was able to get an alternative shipping provider. It did take abit too long to arrange but she kept me informed along the way and hopefully I will receive my shipment by Saturday. I hope this goes smoothly so I can make further purchases.

Find the system easy to used, and welcome the feed back as on my last order when one item was delayed, I was happy to have the items delivered together, knowing that the items would be sent as soon as the last item was received.
Always had good "Service" in the years since my first purchase some years ago.

Overall the service was fantastic. Only one request is to check that capsule is properly closed before dispatching. Unfortunately the coin was outside the capsule in the box. That could seriously damage the quality of the proof coin.
Would really appreciate and grateful if the above request is considered as a normal practice. Thank you so much in advance.
