Salesperson was helpful and efficient. Coin arrived promptly and was well packaged for mail transit. However the only reason I won't give 5 stars is because Chards do not accept credit card payment, which is ridiculous in 2018!

Good afternoon, firstly thank you for your custom and feedback. We read all feedback and try to respond where we can. We used to accept credit cards but in order to do this we would have to adjust prices as legislation came into force where we are no longer able to pass on the costs of card transaction depending on the one used, we used to do this honestly and cross charge what it costs us with our merchant bank. For some credit cards this can be above 2% which is above our gross profit on some bullion items! What almost every business has done since is raise prices across the board regardless of what card you choose as its unlikely any will simply absorb the cost. Inadvertently this has contributed to inflation and all consumers are paying more and the banks ultimately win. This is one of the reasons we are so competitive on prices.
