A 5 star rating would have been left had there not been issues with Chards email system. This prevented it sending automated account activation and purchase confirmation emails to my hotmail.com account. These were however overcome following a phone call and email to the customer support team.

I recently bought four sovereigns, for Christmas presents.
On the plus side I got the sovereigns, as described, and just in time.
On the negative side, the recipients had to make do with little polythene bags and wrapping paper as the presentation boxes had sold out.
It would have been nice to pay using a credit card, for the added protection - I was a little anxious when my order failed to arrive when specified.
I didn't bother to ask Chards for a refund on the guaranteed delivery postage - I was just relieved to get my order in time.
Four sovereigns represents a lot of money to me, so I'm not sure I'd want to have that stress again. See how I feel next Christmas.

The 2002 Golden Jubilee sovereign I bought online from Chards features a portrait of an older Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse, which is the fourth separate depiction of Her Majesty. The coin has a royal shield-of-arms on the reverse rather than Pistrucci’s George and the Dragon, a special one-year-only design to commemorate the Golden Jubilee. I am fully satisfied with both the delivery and quality of the coin. I give Chards full marks.
