I placed my order in the Netherlands on a Sunday evening and elected to pay by cheque which was posted the same evening. On Tuesday morning I received an e-mail chasing up payment or my order would be cancelled. I am not a magician and felt under pressure, not good.

Good afternoon, we apologise you were chased for payment in this way. We use an email template for payments and we check if an order is international as we allow more time for payments to land.
