I have received very poor service from your company. I ordered a set of coins from your website, paid my money and had the order confirmed. Later I was contacted to say I couldn't have what I wanted but I could have a similar set at a vastly increased price. I declined this and opted for a refund, after waiting days for said refund I rang to ask where it was, only to be told it was outside your control and I would have to continue waiting, and I am. To sum up, very poor and I'm not sure if I want to buy from you ever again.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order. Unfortunately, the price on the website for a Chard unofficial George Mintmark VF-EF set was incorrect. One of our team contacted you to offer you an alternative of a lower grade set as issued by The Royal Mint in VF grade complete with box and certificate of authenticity. As a gesture of goodwill for the pricing error we only asked 50% of the price difference for the VF-EF grade set or a refund. A refund was set up the same day, but unfortunately due to Sagepay, it can take up to three working days to show back on your card.

We know most of the other bullion dealers offer "free" postage but we are in the process of trying to explain to everyone there is really no such thing. Postage costs are simply wrapped up in either the product cost itself or elsewhere in their services.
