Good morning, thank you for your feedback. Our postage costs include staff time, packaging materials, postage costs and insurance. We require separate insurance due to the value of items we send which costs a significant amount. Often we get free postage requests as other dealers offer this and we try to explain that there is no such thing as free postage and others are simply wrapping up costs in the item of a product.
