Very dissatisfies with my shopping experience. I was sent a different gold ingot than the one ordered and advertised for sale. Also Chard sent the silver coin ordered without a plastic capsule. Are they so poor they can't afford a capsule or do they completely dis-consider their clients and do not care about their professional reputation? I shall not buy from them again.

Good afternoon Nicholas, we have spent some time today reviewing your feedback and our product pages. On our product page we do explain that the bar can come from any refiner, but we do understand where you are coming from as the images only show the Oriana bar. We are currently taking new photographs of any products that are sold in this way where multiple designs are supplied. Regarding the capsule we do not supply capsules unless the coin comes from the mint in one or we have graded the coin, and this keeps the price down for everyone. This coin does not come in a capsule which is why you received it as is. We are also updating our basket and checkout pages to make sure this is clear. One of my colleagues is currently trying to get in touch with you to discuss the problem and a resolve but until we manage to speak, I hope the website updates meet with your satisfaction. Hopefully this prevents re-occurrence and a better experience in the future. Regards, Ian

We often get asked about "free" postage and we are trying to explain to our customers there is no such thing in reality. Prices of products or any services are usually increased to cover this business expense. The first method i used to pay for my goods was by visa,and for whatever reason the bank confirmation would not process.So i completed the order by bank transfer.This is not how i wanted to process the payment but this way worked and i recieved my goods in good time and the product was of the very best quality.I am looking forward to repeating the order so can the sales team have a look at what the problem was please.

EDIT: after reviewing this further with the customer we believe the issue to be the recent roll out from the bank forcing dual authentication on transactions. We will monitor this particular bank going forward and advise customers where appropriate.

Had issues because payment was rejected multiple times because slight address mismatch issues.
Staff tried to be helpful, but that didn't solve the problem.
Probably not your fault, but a compliance requirement.
Still frustrated, because I have ordered more expensive items online without such obstacles.
Ended up paying via transfer instead of direct debit.
Delivery was super prompt, which is great.
