I like buying from Chards and have done so on various occassions however recently we asked for a price match or discount on a exact coin from another company www.bleyerbullion.co.uk but were told the price you see is the price to pay. So we brought from the other company for £38.27 less. My thought would be to be more competitive as sales are lost in this way. Regards John

1st order was excellent 2nd order a disaster over an incorrectly typed in postcode that my computers auto spell decided to change as I placed the order. After some too and throw and despite I had ordered before I ended up having to ask for a refund when they insisted I send them a form of iD which was quite odd and was actually insisted on despite I was already a customer so I noped.

I have received a coin with minting error that I reported to Chards straight away. Called twice and left messages but no response whatsoever so sent them an email. 2 days later I got the response saying that it’s a known error and they still awaiting response from Royal Mint. I haven’t heard anything ever since and still holding onto a coin with error for which I paid over £2.3k. All I am asking is an error free coin and not a refund and seems it’s too hard to get resolution for.
