The delay and lack of communication about the delay was frustrating. Apart from that it would have been a 5 star rating.

Aside the fact that there was a delay (which we were informed of and subsequently kept up to date)due to out of stock items and brexit related issues, the overall experience has been very good! I really like the staff's approach towards maintaining good customer care and trying everything they could to assist! Once stock was in, despatch was prompt. Will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you all.
