Fast delivery but for an expensive gold coin the packaging is underwhelming, basically a plastic bag.

Excellent service. I was kept informed all the time and the coins I ordered were of a good quality. This made a welcomed change from the norm.

Apart from a two week wait to receive my purchase the service was excellent. I believe the delay was due to high demand.

There was a significant delay in getting the product to me, which i hadn't been made aware of in the email correspondence for the order. On checking the website an explanation for the delay was provided and as this wasn't an item required urgently then i was happy with the delivery timescales in this instance.
