Good customer service: I made a mistake with my payment but it was resolved easily with an email and phone call. The coin arrived a couple of days after ordering and was in excellent condition (which is impressive, as it is technically second hand). Price was the best I've seen for silver anywhere on the market; I would have happily purchased more if they were in stock but I bought the last one!
