Sent out scratched coins, regardless of the staff telling me 3 different people checked them before they were sent out (something that obviously wasn't done)
So it cost me £20 to send them back, after being told to send back in 2 different special delivery parcels. Something I questioned Royal Mail about and they told me 1 would've covered it, so they just wanted it to cost more money to send back.
It'll be the last time I use them again.

I am sorry to hear that the product you ordered was scratched. Royal Mail have a maximum insurance limit which if exceeded will void any claims made for compensation if the parcel was deemed as lost. As the items you received were scratched, we would cover your return postage. I am sorry this was not offered and will ensure this is rectified.
