I found the information on the website good and the ordering process very easy. However I was not completely happy with the delivery process. I was given a link to the Royal Mail tracking website which immediately went to my delivery but it would have been useful to have been given the tracking number separately. The delivery option used was Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm. However after waiting in all day the package was pushed through the letterbox at 15.45, no signature requested. I found this a little concerning and I also did not appreciate staying in all day for the delivery.
