7 days to get my delivery. Had a phone call on day 6 to say my item was scratched would I like a replacement. Arrived okay but very lengthy process and I didn't get exactly what I ordered

I bought the Edward VII threepence but I was disappointed with it because it was absolutely tiny. I understand that the photo has to show it blown-up so we can see the details but I think that the size of the coin should have been displayed underneath it.

The order was at least a month late, apparently due to trouble sourcing the 2021 Sovereign. I find this strange, however I was expecting a wait for the rest of my order and so did not mind an additional delay.
What I did not expect was that the 2021 Sovereign in a capsule that I did receive would have multiple edge knocks. It was ordered brand new but it most definitely did not come out of a tube from the mint in it's current condition. It seems to be either a second hand coin or one which was mishandled. Neither of which are acceptable when the item is listed as brand new "mint" condition.
The prices and communication were good but ultimately I am disappointed. I will keep the order as it still an investment commodity. However I don't consider the quality good enough for a collector, it should be absolutely mint when it's new and it's not. I will source another 2021 Sovereign elsewhere for collection purposes.
