Firstly, I requested an extra plastic capsule for a previous coin purchase. I received an email to say that the request had been passed onto the warehouse. An extra capsule was not received.
And then the parcel was just dropped through the letter box by the postman. I expected such a valuable parcel would be handed to the receiver. Is that not the protocol for your deliveries?
