The website was very clear and informative for a novice coin buyer such as myself, and it was good to have the option to get telephone advice if needed. Ordering and tracking was efficient and trouble free and the package arrived very promptly.

Good trustworthy service that I have used a few times, but slightly disappointed on this occasion over length of time taken to process my order. Not seamless - needed to call a few times to chase and arrange convenient delivery date.

Service was good, goods arrived when they said they would, the only thing I would say is that a receipt/paid invoice would have been nice as proof of purchase.
