I have found dealing with Chards a very pleasant experience and the coins they have supplied have been very good quality. One thing that I found very very annoying was I bought a coin for just over £1,900 and it arrived in a bit of bubble wrap !!! A plastic 33mm coin holder surely would not have been breaking the Chards Bank !!!

My first purchase through Chards and all email communications were prompt and very helpful and friendly. The only aspect of this purchase that I would have improved is that I didn't receive any 'collection', or 'in-transit', or, 'due for delivery' notifications from Royal Mail so I wasn't entirely clear at what stage my order was at. The people at Chards were very quick to reassure and swiftly filled in the information vacuum left by Royal Mail. I would purchase again from chards without hesitation, and look forward to doing so.

Very good experience. Coin was available at a good price / relatively low premium and delivered quickly and safely in plain packaging and coin well wrapped to avoid any jingling or indication of what was in the package. First experience of Chards and would certainly buy from them again in future.
