Beautiful item, however what lets CHARDS down is the cost of the P+P as it is very high and I was charged £9.00 and was the only option available to me. I had no choices as to the postage costs.

Thank you for your feedback. As a company we do not include our postage costs in our product pricing to offer "free" postage. We have a large customer base who prefer to collect orders and we feel if a customer chooses to come visit our showroom to collect they shouldn't have to pay postage prices automatically. All items over the value of £60 are automatically sent via fully insured next day delivery which starts from £9 and we feel even with our postage costs added on we are still competitively priced. We will look at other alternatives such as 2-3 day insured delivery for those who wish to pay lower postage costs but we would not recommend items sat in the post for a longer than necessary time. Alternatively, you can place you order and we can hold your items for 2-3 weeks if you wish to order again, and thus spreading the cost of postage per product.
