No date code, so maybe it's a newer run, but it's still a solid barrel. Charlie's Custom Clones delivers like no other place on this planet. The Colt factory pinned extended flash hider was the cherry on the top for me too. Awesome!!

I must say, I think I made the best purchase of optics ever. The clarity at long range takes your breath away. I have never seen parallax measurements on any scope be correct. ZCO is. As for service, John knows his optics and was very patient. We looked at Kahles and Nightforce and Razor. I dismissed the Razor, although maybe that optic has improved, but I also bit on the Kahles. I think i made the right decision. When it comes to price, the ZCO looks high, until you realize all they put into the scope, and then compare to Tangent Theta (higher price, similar optic) and Nightforce (better price, optics close), and realize that the value will never go down much on ZCO, and thanks again to Charlies. Not sure how they do what they do so well.
