Horrible website navigation and check out process. Very confusing. And tries to force you to purchase all of these extra insurance options that I do not want. Almost impossible to make payment on your phone browser with all of the glitches on their website

Thanks for your feedback. I know check out is a soft spot on our UX or customer experience, for sure. We have it on our radar. Some of this came up with the addition of a third party app for FFL checkout, which has dramatically improved our firearms sales experience, but has caused us to use a custom coded checkout and the not fancy fast checkout.
We are seeing more complaints like yours, so your feedback will be taken seriously. Hopefully, you will enjoy your purchase and the customer service more that the crappy checkout, and maybe nexttime will we will two stars from you?

I appreciate the feedback. Checkout is clearly a sore spot. We have been given technical options to improve it, but so far, the needed integration with an FFL look-up for firearms has made this not possible. We recognize it is a sore spot. When we created the website and improved it a few years back, most check out was done on a desktop or laptop. People would tend to use a mobile device to look and browse, then get home or to the office and place an order on their computer. Now, 3/4 of our checkout is done by mobile.
You might appreciate that while we are the largest clone-correct seller in the US, we are still a micro-business with less than 5 employees and we can only be great at a few things at a time, and crappy at others. it is clearly on our list. But for 2026, most of what we are focusing on is doing basic work really really well.
I hope you will come back for the great products and good customer support.

sometimes that is true. Your order shipped in two weeks time. It should have been faster, for sure. But, one star? We really never claim to be the fastest. My Dad told me that I could the cheapest, have the best service, ship the fastest and have the best selection. But, I would have to choose two. OOPS. Sorry, brother, hope you come back
