Easy to navigate the website however, while I was checking out I couldn't get rid of the product covering half my screen so it was a little difficult filling in my info because I couldn't see exactly what I needed to input. In the end I got everything filled out and was happy. I am not sure if it happens to everyone but it I was using my phone. Its a Samsung S25.

Good feedback. I think we have fixed that. What happens is when you add 3rd party apps to checkout, like our FFL application, it does not always play well.

Average customer service. Purachsed a hand guard that didnt not fit whatsoever. Requested a refund and was given store credit due to being past their return policy. In comparison, I purchased some items from LAPG that did not fit and was able to secure an exchange months past their return/exchange policy. Recommendation, give your customers the benefit of the doubt and offer a better solution rather than attempting to minimize their knowledge or skill with weapons without knowing their background.

Love Charlie’s Custom Clones, but man, this new update to their website has made checking out extremely difficult and confusing. Had a hard time making it through check out, tried on my phone and on a computer with the same results about 6 times before getting through checkout.

Fair enough. We have an issue. I think we got it fixed, but still need to test it. We have some upgrades coming to check-out so it should even be cleaner.
