That Centurion protection pop up really screws up your ordering process. Makes it hard to see the "I agree to conditions" block you have to check, and when you dont see it to check it, you can't submit an order. You should either move it, or give customers the option to close it. Thanks.

Negative. Without a word, my order was shelved for months as they "moved". No updates. No warning. Nothing. Even my email to cancel was left unanswered for weeks while I ordered elsewhere. They may be great people with great product but the complete lack of understanding the most basic communication requirements of running a sales business are warning enough for me to seek frustration elsewhere.

Well deserved remarks. We failed alot of people when we had to shutdown for our move. September, 2025 to mid-March, 2026 we went dark, and turned off the Website. We did cancel orders, but we did not take money or confirm orders. We had to furlough employees, and a few team members muddled through a terrible move that involved shipping containers and 5 moves from one storage site to another. Our new facility is open, but still running at 30%. We need to hire a few folks, and repair some relationships, like with you.
