The PRI MK 12 Mod 0 upper was exactly what I wanted. I combined it with a Colt A1 lower, looking to create a rifle that would have looked as delivered from Crane. I have the Leupold 3.5 -10 Mk4 scope, And am waiting for the ARMS scope mounts and bipod mount. Charlie's had the upper, and shipped it very quickly. I have purchased other items from Charlie's, and have had excellent service.

If it is the two spots in the top front, that is not a flaw. All DD RIS rails have that. It is where they connect the electrodes for anodizing. If you have a concern, contact our support team with pics to confirm.
