I understand that certain things are out of stock due to the pandemic and that getting parts may have been difficult but the parts for my suppressor took longer than the suppressor to receive and that’s just unacceptable. And the customer service is terrible, trying to get ahold of an actual person is near impossible and when you do they say they will check in the status and get back to you and never do. 10 month wait

Sorry you had such a long wait. Dead Air had moved their manufacturing to a new facility and most items in 2020 were taking very long to manufacture. We expected it to be a shorter wait than getting your suppressor tax stamp completed, but it looks like we and Dead Air lost. Glad that your part was reunited with a great suppressor. Dead Air's supply chain is much better in 2021.
