sounds like you like the product, and had a problem with the slow shipment, which many did in COVID Christmas 2020. Keep in mind that we do our best to reply in 24 hours and the usually beat that by alot, but the Holidays put pressure on everyone, and we had people remote who were infected with COVID, so we all worked around the clock
