thanks for your balanced review. We were offline for around 6 months and had a dreadful move to our new facility. Facility is great. We decided to open with about 1/3 of the facility organized and 1/3 of the staffing. To be honest, we have done zero marketing. No emails to tell folks we are open. We wanted to go slow and get it right, but have been flooded with orders.
Glad you chose to buy from us. I think you got the very last Geissele OD green matched set to be made. Geissele stopped making in 2024, but we found a few things when we moved.

Ordered a clone-correct sling for my MK18 build on December 2, 2025. After multiple e-mails, still no sling or refund as of 4/22/2026. I even asked to have it refunded. Nothing. Order #55758. I've heard bad things about these dudes but I still wanted to give their business a shot because I know how fickle people can be on the internet... well, this is one I really wish I would've listened to people about.

We normally get outstanding reviews from this barrel. It also could be your receiver. But, at the end of the day, it is made for operators, and most grind out the barrel extension with the upper installed to properly mate the two. A simple Dremel tool and 5 minutes makes all the difference.

So far so good I’ll try to mount it to some 9 mm ,since have surefire. That’s the only thing they lack in. And I have to do some moding in the surefire warcomp, drill the hole a little bit bigger, mount it to my KV9 then find a 9MM hub to hook it to.

Geissele Super Duty Forged AR15 Upper/Lower Receiver Matched Set - DDC
The lower had more tool marks and blemishes than a blem I bought a couple years ago and it was supposed to be factory new. It is desert dirt color and the tool marks are literally black. I also paid a $100 premium for the stripped lower and upper combo because they are sold out at most outlets. The stripped upper was fine.

we get these new in the box from the manufacturer. Most of the time, we do not open to inspect. We seldom see tool marks, but color variation is something that Geissele is known for. If you are truly unhappy, Geissele stands behind their workmanship. Our warranty is limited to damage in shipment.
