The magazine worked great, but Charlies customer service is really lacking as of late. Takes way too long for a reply to questions. Only getting standard responses when they do reply. Never getting why or what answers. And phone service is literally zilch. I know I can't be the only one getting this frustrating poor service after spending thousands of dollars.

Well made grip and customer service was prompt in returning my email. However, would have been 5 stars if it was even close in color to the actual KAC M110 grip. While courteous and helpful, CCC's customer service told me it would be a good match. It was not. After it did not match my LMT Sopmod FDE stock, I bit the bullet and paid out the nose for a genuine KAC M110 grip in taupe. Perfect match to the stock. This clone grip was surprisingly off in color.
