The overall finish on the item was poor and there was a large scratch running vertically on the item. Probably doesn't affect function but brings product QC into question when you let products that look like this out of the door.

Thanks for your feedback. These are roughly finished products, and can, indeed, get surface scratches. The finish is phosphated, like a barrel. They do not have the DLC like finish of a Surefire flash hider, nor the price.

I purchased this can because of price. Charlie's had a deep discount. I took forever to make a decision. Talked to Ryan about 18 months ago, I should have taken his recommendation (another brand). This is an average suppressor. I am okay with it, but I read that it had superior sound ratings. It works. I was able to get my can in 7 months. I will be back to Charlie's. Probably would buy a different brand suppressor, but this one is not bad.
