Cadex Defense Spotting Scope Inverter Kit
I'm a particular rifle builder, love consistency with high end components. I wanted to build another variant of a classic high end rifle I was horrified to find several key components were out of production. Charlie's not only had these impossible to find items, but they were extremely reasonably priced - rather than the 2-5x retail price you would traditionally find for such an item. Charlie's will be my first stop for high end stuff, I like the way they run their business.
Then I contacted Matt and he was so helpful on the phone. He helped me get all the parts I needed for a clone build, and we talked and is ex-Army, and an I am a Marine. Green and Blue talk **** about each other, but he was 10/10. Products arrived timely, were spot on authentic. No china ****. Now, I am a customer for life. I am just not sure I can tell the guys on Facebook, or they will call me names.

Burris Xtreme Tactical Picatinny Style Rail Rings - 30mm - Med 1.1"
I ordered this product in May of 2022 thru the online store. The company had it in stock and it did not ship and was not received until August of 2022. Everytime I tried to call, to inquire about the order. I was not able to speak with a company representative. Instead, I was directed to email the company. When I emailed the company, I did not receive a reply back until 3 days had past. Poor customer service, a misleading website, and poor buisness practices lead me to cancel my remaining orders with this company, once I received the scope mount. I would recommend buying products from another online company or pay extra by buying products from a local vendor. This companies website will mislead the pubic into beleiving they have product on hand, when product is backordered, and they will not update their website. I feel that they do not care about your order or needs, as long as they get your money.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We do not show products as in-stock when they are not in-stock, but occasionally, we do have issues coordinating inventory levels. It is much better now than 6 months ago, and way above where it was in 2020. It was not until the Pandemic and the Brandon economy hit that we had to invest more in better inventory timing. We are a small business of 7 or 8 people, and it is actually quite hard to keep inventory levels in synch. In 2019, it did not matter, because we had so much supply, that we might show 50 and the actual number was 45. When Biden and the Pandemic took hold, our supply chain went bonkers, and now 2, 1 or 0 mattered, and we had trouble adjusting to real time inventory, as our ecommerce system is not our inventory system. When we do have a stock issue, we give our customers the option of keeping a backorder or cancelling. Sounds like you chose to keep the back order, and it can take months for our suppliers to resupply.
I do hope you will give us another shot. We are not perfect, but we love our business and learn from our mistakes.

I'm currently building an AR15 and needed a daniel defense barrel nut. Contacted all EU dealers that are listed on the Daniel Defense website and unsurprisingly, the customer service was slow and some didn't even respond.
CCC exports parts to the EU according to the law and oh boy, they do it fast and uncomplicated.
The customer service is really nice and fast, even for such a small $29 order.
This is my second order from CCC and definitely not my last, European dealers have a LOT of learning to do in this regard.
Thanks to the great CCC team for, repeatedly, such a great customer experience.
I definitely recommend them, even if you need to wait some time till the parts make their way over the pond.
