I ordered this mount. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong mount. I checked with CCC prior to my return to make sure I could get a refund. I understood there would be a restock fee. They agreed that would work. I sent back this mount. It took me a month and a half, several emails, and a threat about using the Better Business Burea before I finally received my credit.

I was very satisfied. And, SURPRISED. I will be honest, I read some hate mail on AR15.com, and I figured you guys were selling fake parts. I put you to the test. I ordered Knights rail, and the a second order for a Colt lower. I have to say, you guys came through, and I got what you said you had, and had good communication, and you had the goods that others did not. I just do not want to post on ARFCOM and have those guys shoot me down as a shill, like they do, so I am posting here. Happy to answer any questions.

Prices and shipping are places we do not lead at, so good news is we got one for you. Selection and Service is where we lead. That said, we want to have competitive pricing. Sometimes we are the price leader, but by and large, there will be other places where you can save money, but do not have our selection and out breadth of experts, which you can consult with. It is easy to be cheap. It is harder to keep product in stock and have great service. Also, it is important to look to see if the "other guy" has the product in stock.

My go to place for hard to find Colt products. However, the shipping is horribly slow, on average it takes up to 15 business days for them to ship your order.

Speed is not always our strongest suit. We have speed working better, so it really depends upon what you order. We opened a remote shared warehouse for small parts, for example, and we are shipping close to next day. Firearms take longer. A wise man once said: In ecommerce you can have quality, selection, service, price and speed. Pick 3. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for your business.
