My package was never delivered to my FFL by UPS. The package was returned to Charlie's where they reshipped the item. No problem on the second shipment and no charge for the extra shipping. I don't know why UPS never made an attempt to deliver, but being a firearm, I could not pick it up myself.

Hi Owen. Thanks for shopping with us. You have a couple of options. First, we offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (some exceptions apply). That is the best option. I am biased, but I think our selection is so fantastic it is hard to spend under $150. The next option is to contact our customer support team, and if you have two orders made in the same day, we can cancel those orders, and you can start a new order. Hope to see you again.
