I did my homework on suppressors, read Pew Science, and saw that Charlie was a sponsor, so I called. I talked with the suppressor guy and he asked me about how I would use my can, where I would shoot, and we got to talking about everything under the sun. I settled on the Chaos Group Hyperion. I was confused because they call it QD, but it is direct thread. Then, I learned that there is a muzzle adapter for 5.56, so I can use it with both 7.62 and 5.56. I received the suppressor and my dealer has a range, so I can't wait to try it out. I will leave a review of the suppressor late, but I wanted to share my experience with customer service. Top notch.

You guys do a great job when we can actually get a hold of customer service. That is my one complaint is it is nearly impossible to get a hood of someone on the phone. Maybe just hire a part-time phone operator.

Thanks for the balanced feedback. With a workforce now of 7 people, we find we have as much balance as possible to answering phone calls, recognizing that our customer service is actual gun people, veterans armorers and product experts, and that many online shops offer no phone support. We recognize that it is often tough to get us on the phone, as each call becomes a conversation and listening to customers dreams. We also have online chat and email, and we do our best to answer online chat within a few hours when we are open, and emails within 24 hours. Hope you return.

Hey, I just got to say thanks to Charlie. I DM'd him on IG cuz some turd was telling me you import fake stuff from China. I told him to **** himself, and he blocked me. LOL. I have made several purchases from you. Optics, rails, lowers and a Mk18 upper, which was superb. I have to admit, this clown had me going, so I called Nightforce and they confirmed the serial number was sent to you guys. Sorry I had to do that, but I want to leave this review, as I am a returning customer, and will stand up against fake **** on Instagram and Facebook. Not even sure about the motive. Nobody seems to have any experience they can share, just, "everyone knows." Well, I am here to say, nobody knows. Keep it up, and do better with some LMT inventory, guys.

Not sure what gets into people hiding behind pseudonyms. We see it a little. We see a lot more real customers leaving real reviews, and honest reviews. Not all are 5-star. We like the praise, for sure, but we also like to hear an honest assessment of our services and the products you buy.

Good price and availability of a Geiselle rail I needed.
