Item arrived, as described. One binocular harness tether missing from an open box item, not a big deal. However, processing time was unreasonable; long enough to make me suspect I had been ripped off. Available information on the status of the order was sparse and difficult to access. Would not hesitate to do business with Charlie's again.

That's unusual. We usually bombard customers with status updates. I will admit, that with optics, we have an extra check, both on the buyer and the product to make sure that we are sending the right thing to the right person, but we quote optics to leave within 8 days of ordering, and our automated emails should give you progress reports. You certainly were not getting ripped off. We have 10s of thousands of happy customers.

16.25 years. Sounds like you counted down a prison sentence. Yes, we live and work near the swamp. Very nice weather, school systems, scenery and Nats baseball, but not exactly gun friendly.
