I purchased a Marble colored Sacred Heart of Jesus outdoor patio statue on April 12, 2024 from Christmas Central order number 567689. I was Extremely disappointed in the quality of the statue I received. There was a very prominent vertical line going down the right eye of the statue and I would have returned it but the box it came in was broken down and damaged so I would have to pay for a new box and bubble wrap to return it. Along with the very expensive shipping cost to have it shipped back. This is very disappointing because I purchased a Marble color Saint Anthony of Padua outdoor patio statue during the Christmas season and was extremely satisfied with that purchase. Because of this I will be hesitant to purchase from this company again.

Product was terrible quality. Out of 3 items, all had either broken parts or defects. On top of that, you the customer are left with the return shipping, which for me was $394.12. So out of my actual refund I only got half when I take into account what I paid for return shipping.

I’m still waiting for the rest of my order! The first set of ornaments arrived in a padded envelope crushed with beadwork falling off . The second came in a box half full and partial order yet neither one had a packing slip or order invoice.
I’m originally from WNY and shopped for years when they had a local store and continued to order from them after I moved out of the state.
I’ve waited to write this in hopes the rest of my purchase would arrive but time is wasting and I need to address this now so I hope this situation will be resolved.
