12" Lighted Gold and Ivory Angel Tree Topper - Multicolor Fiber Optic Lights
It's beautiful but very hard to get it to stay on the tree due to the location of the battery box. It's impossible to push down far enough onto the tree. Had to secure with ties to keep it straight and to keep from falling.

12" Green, Gold, and Red Glitter Pinecones Christmas Wreath
Update: The company promptly reached out to me to offer a resolution and I’m impressed, it’s not often that happens. Excellent customer service. If packaging is improved, I believe they’ll arrive in good condition and will be a lovely addition to your decor. *** Originally they were packaged loose in a large box and arrived severely damaged.

39" Lighted Snowy Tinsel Snowman Couple Outdoor Christmas Decoration
We purchased the 39" Lighted Snowy Tinsel Snowman Couple and were pretty excited when we received it faster than anticipated. It was very easy to assemble but discovered a few defects which was a little disappointing. The 4-stars are for the Christmas Central customer service team that was quick to address and satisfactorily remedy the issues. A job well done, Thank You!

Green Metal Live Christmas Tree Stand - For Trees up to 9ft Tall
Package arrived but is missing the three bolts. Emailed Christmas Central to request they be sent and also left a voicemail requesting a return call. I have not heard from the company as of today. We cannot use without the bolts.

Very nice candles but I should have read the description minutely. The candles turned out to be WAY bigger than I anticipated.

36" Alpine Chic Santa Claus with Snowshoes and Skis Christmas Figure
Quite an interesting figure that is reasonably well-made. Did not like the packaging. The box came well torn but the plastic cover over Santa protected him from getting dirty.

70-Count Pure White LED Faceted C6 Christmas Lights, 23 ft White Wire
Only complaint is the lights are more of a cool white then a pure white color as they have a slight blue hue to them. Having a hard time finding other strings of lights to match the same hue. I ordered the green string of pure of pure white lights and found out that they do not match the white string hue as well.
