Pack of 12 Solid Black Replacement Train Set Track Pieces - 2" x 12"
I order 3 packs of these in my initial order. The first 2 were absolutely fine. The 3rd package had 7 warped pieces of track that were unusable. I contacted Christmas Central and they told me to throw out the unusable track, and they would send me another set of 12...which they did. When the track arrived , unfortunately the same situation with several pieces of warped track. I haven't contacted Christmas Central in regards to this most recent set of track. I am not sure what to do at this point, very frustrating just wanting to make a layout a little larger.

Green Metal Folding Christmas Tree Stand for 10' - 11.5' Artificial Trees
After a couple years mesding with my plastic stand.....I bought this for my 9 foot Christmas tree and so glad I did. Tge stand is built of metal with bolts attached to tighten the tree just right in the stand. Very sturdy construction! Fast shipping I highly recommend this tree stand!

Great holder, wrong color

Set of 3 Onyx Black Mantle Garland and Christmas Stocking Hanger
The holders are fantastic, the best I've ever come across. However, I was sent brown, instead of black, which do not match my other holders. Christmas Central's customer service was excellent. They owned up that it was their mistake and sent me a prepaid label to return for a refund, as they didn't actually have black in stock. If all had gone to plan and I'dreceived black holders, this review would be 5 stars.

6.5' Pre-Lit Northern Pine Full Artificial Christmas Tree - Multi-Color LED Lights
I didn't order the tree until after Christmas, so I didn't put it up yet. I plugged it in and all parts lit up! I really liked that it fit in the tote I had for my other tree. The tote is 48" long. The tree looks as nice as advertised, so I'm hopeful it will look good when I put it up next Christmas.

Real Touch™️ Flocked Winfield Fir Artificial Christmas Tree - Unlit - 7.5'
The tree itself is very nice looking and easy to put up. It is also very lightweight. The box was damaged during shipping and it was missing a thumbscrew to secure the tree in the stand. I called the support number and they refunded me 10% of the purchase price with no trouble. I would purchase from this company again.

Real Touch™️ Pre-Lit Full Noble Fir Artificial Christmas Tree - 4' - Clear Lights
The tree is 4 ft. It is a mix of needle materials (hard plastic and poly needles). The tree was shedding a lot of the poly needles. The 'warm' white lights were well distributed throughout the tree. Unfortunately, one of the top branched, which are directly connected to the trunk, broke off and did not seem repairable. I returned the tree.

9' Pre-Lit Green Medium Northern Pine Artificial Christmas Tree - Multicolor LED Lights
We received our tree, set it up, it is a lot LESS fuller than pictured. We had to set it up when we received it as the box was damaged in shipping and we wanted to make sure the lights worked. You can see through it to the wall behind it!

manufacturers defects in the product. 8 of
the 12 ornaments are usable. 3 have major defects and one arrived shattered due to insufficient packaging of the product for shipping. After leaving a review of the product and my experience the company issued me a refund. Knowing that they have excellent customer service and stand by the quality of their product I would not hesitate to order from Christmas Central again.
