Stopped working properly

140ct Multi-Color Everglow Chasing Mini Christmas Lights - 48ft, Green Wire
Some of the colors stopped working. Also, I didn't realize that you can't plug another strand into it. Very disappointed and would not buy again.
Update: The company reached out to me and issued a full refund even though I didnt ask for one. I will say that I had not reached out to them prior to posting my review. Perhaps that should have been my first course of action. Customer service was great. I still give it 4 stars because you can't connect another light on both ends but I should read that before purchasing.

10-Count White C7 Candle Pathway Markers Christmas Lights, White Wire
The candle pathway lights are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for BUT the packaging and delivery was very disappointing. They were mailed in ONLY the original box that the lights come in if I bought them at a store. NO protective packaging for mailing. one box was crushed on one side, just a little and one candle was damaged. They still work and are beautiful but poor service this time.
