18” Black Bear with Plaid Coat Decorative Christmas Tree Topper Figurine - 32624270
My issue was not with the merchandise. The issue is how it was packaged. The box was not large enough around to accommodate the size of the item, which caused one whole side of the birdhouse roof to be broken off.
It seems if you are selling a quality item with fragile pieces on it, you would use a larger container with more packaging material to protect the item. Quality packaging would have made all the difference in the world.
Now I have an $80 Christmas tree topper that I had to glue back together before I got to use it the first time. What a shame.

Lighted Cascade Twig Outdoor Christmas Tree - 6' - White - Clear Lights
The first=tree had a portion of the top;section that did not light. I tested every bully in that section and they all worked.. Customer/Service requested pictures of the top section be e-mailed to them so they could see the problem. A replacement tree was sent to me and it works fine. I did request the replacement tree be tested before it was sent out.
The service I received was very good.
Thank you

Set of 3 Mini Flasher Replacement Christmas Light Bulbs 2.5V - 7608563
Thanks so much. These light bulbs are really hard to find. Sometimes you have to buy a pack with a few colored bulbs to get a couple of the blinking bulbs.

8.75' x 12.75' Mosaic Medley Espresso Black and Sandy Beige Shed-Free Area Throw Rug - 31076885
I ordered this rug in May of this year for my second home in Florida. I had it delivered while I was up North. I was not able to get back down until September. When we unrolled it, there was defects.
We sent pictures to Christmas Central and they sent a replacement immediately which is perfect. They gave me a label and we returned the defective rug and received a credit.
The customer service people could not be more helpful and I was grateful that they stood behind their product even though it was three months later. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for products beyond Christmas items. They offer much more!!
