Set of 6 Gray and White Snowflake Glass Christmas Ball Ornaments 4" (101mm)
I had received a set of two-tone gray ornaments where the dividing line between the two different gray colors was uneven all around. I had let the company know that I was disappointed. Well, they reached out immediately and offered a few possible remedies. All in all, I went from somewhat disappointed to tremendously satisfied in short shrift! Great company to do business with.

So far it is the best one I've found for our tree. We do a live tree so cannot say more until it is actually up & we don't put it up this soon.
