The shopping experience was great however the delivery of the product was awful. The box was all crushed and broken and taped back together. I have not had time to ensure the tree is not damaged and the lights are working.

I purchased two items f the same plant and combined them into a larger, nicer pot. I covered the top of the planter with Spanish moss and, now, they look like live plants. I am very pleased with my purchases.

Prompt service, and good quality merchandise; I ordered two 24" X-mas trees, and they arrived with all pieces for the base, and nicely packaged.

I love all the decorations they have but when goods arrive broken and I can’t get a replacement because I live in Canada is disappointing.

I purchased a 3’ tabletop tree and I absolutely love it!! I will be using it to display my handmade Christmas ornaments at holiday vendor events. The only negative I could say are that the branches don’t just pop open and close for easy transport. The tree does come apart in the middle but you have to physically bend the branches in place. So it will take a bit of time to get this set up, but it is worth it. The price, even with shipping, can’t be beat. I’m very happy with this purchase.
