I was very disappointed in the way my items were packed & shipped. The 20" pine cone tree and 2 smaller trees were packed in what was probably a 4 foot tall box. There was a large amount of crumpled paper on one end and absolutely no padding on the other end or around the trees themselves. I returned the 2 smaller trees because they were flattened by the larger, heavier pine cone tree. There was no way to fluff them again without the glitter/crystals falling off all over. The pine cone tree was lovely but I realized later it did sustain some damage in shipping. I had to touch up some areas with a brown marker where pieces were missing. The garlands I ordered arrived separately and in much better condition. I am very happy with those.

Although I have yet to use the Christmas items, they were bought so I would be ready for Christmas 2022! When I plugged the lights in to check if they worked, they did!!
Thank you for the timely delivery!!

The lights I purchased are absolutely adorable. I particularly enjoyed the ease of shopping as well as the fair pricing. The emails that communicated receipt of my order and then kept me in the loop concerning shipment and tracking my packages were greatly appreciated.
