Although there was a mix up in my order, Christmas Central correct it kindly and attentively.
I would order from them again. Ornament is cute and just what I was looking for a project.

I received the wrong product in two separate orders. The first order was supposed to have three of a specific item and I received two and then a third random item. When I placed another order to replace the missing item, I received the random item once again.

Although I discovered this parrot at a lower price than at Christmas Central weeks after I had placed my order, I still am pleased with it. Made very well, colors are bright and it sits perfectly on its perch!

I was disappointed that I ordered two sets of "Peace" lights and that Order was cancelled by Christmas Central without any explanation. They refunded my money, but never said why.

Item was not as described on the website. Swag was 4 inches shorter and had less tips. I emailed customer service and after sending pictures multiple times and having to re explain the situation over and over I was beyond frustrated. They still think they sent me the correct item. It is so ridiculous and no one there knows what it’s going on. If you have a problem expect a huge run around and no real help. I will never buy from them again!

I purchased the 24" Kneeling Santa with Baby JESUS and a lamb and absolutely love it! Our only wish it that it was even larger than 24" tall. We also wish it came as full figure other than the slim version. We viewed the full figure model a few years ago in a temporary Christmas store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois and wish we could locate it again.
Should Christmas Central ever stock the full figure model in the future, PLEASE contact us immediately so we may complete the purchase. A few weeks ago, eBay showed Christmas Central having a 27" full figure model in stock for $251.00. If you still have this model, PLEASE contact me ASAP as I am ready to purchase.
So thankful for my slim version model I recently purchased from Christmas Central at a huge SALE discount. Thank you so much! The item arrived safely and quickly and with such detail on the hand painting. We look forward to making purchases from Christmas Central again!
