I made a purchase of 2 nutcrackers a few weeks ago. When they arrived one had some small parts that were loose. I also noticed that the boxes were moving around inside the shipping box. I contacted the company just to let them know about the slight issue with my nutcracker, but not asking for a replacement and to let the company know about the boxes moving during shipping. I think less than 24 hours after I left my message I heard from Heather O. She asked for a little further information and the company offered me a replacement nutcracker. I just received the replacement and it arrived with no problems. I would like to thank Christmas Central for providing me with a replacement without even asking for one and for following up after receiving the replacement.

I ordered lights that were listed as "orange" for my Grandson's room BUT when the lights arrived the boxes said - "gold" and gold is what they are! Also they were shipped to the wrong address. Very dissatisfied.

The Thomas Kinkade throw was beautiful. It was shipped to an aunt following the death of her husband. We could not be with her at this time because of COVID-19, so we sent her our love in this form so that "she could wrap it around her and feel our love. She was thrilled and so were we.

Needed soft white mini-lights for a small room. Was tired of rapid death of non-LED light strings. These LEDs are a little brighter white than I'm used to, but not at all harsh.They seem well made. Fingers crossed for long life.

I was very excited to get my blue flood lights. I wanted to have them for our outside lights to honor our daughter who is an ER nurse. Initially things were fine, but in less than 2 weeks the blue color has all faded and they are only white lights now - very disappointed.
