My original order for 6 lights sets came with 4 light sets and 2 linen pumpkins. I contacted Christmas Central by email the same day. Within 24 hours, I received a response and the 2 light sets I didn't receive were on their way.

Several times it went back to the beginning and it took too long to get back to the page I was on.

Site easy to navigate. I liked "quick view" of items. THERE WAS NO "ORDER HISTORY" or "YOUR ORDERS" though -- or at least I couldn't find it. Fortunately, I find the item again pretty quickly. I unsuccessfully used the search term s"chasing" and "chasing lights" but found it by scrolling through the lights.

Make sure to read the full descriptions, for example, some flowers are made of just paper. Also, be prepared to call customer service when you get your order (or in some cases when you don't get your order) since the shipping department will inevitably mail some of your items in a used box with corners missing and/or will fail to wrap several of your items so they will be broken when you get them. Consider yourself very lucky if you get all of your items wrapped and undamaged in a nice new shipping box.

Great design, compact and sturdy. It fit our 7.5ft tall tree. The wheels were helpful as we stored it in our garage.
