My order came in 2 shipments. The first arrived in a beat up box with almost no packing material. Ten ornaments arrived (was supposed to be 12) and of the 10, 8 were damaged very badly -broken or dented horribly.) There were no initials on the packing slip, so no one will be reprimanded for this shoddy job, I am sure. Customer service was sympathetic and promptly sent out another order, which has yet to arrive. The second shipment, from a different warehouse, I am assuming, arrived packed well (and initialed) and with no damage and with the proper number of ornaments.

I received fast, prompt delivery. Special care was taken to ensure any breakage. My one concern is that usps was used to send packages. They leave packages at the door without proof of receipt. They have no concern for weather conditions or the fact that the packages can be subject to theft. This is probably a concern I will need to address with uspsalso.
