I got my stuff on time but nothing was wrapped at all to keep from breaking. They had put some of those airbags in but they did not even have air in them and no bubble wrap around any of the glass ornaments. I had to call and send pics of all the broken stuff everything but one item and now they are replacing them and I am waiting to get the new order. Tracking say's Wednesday. I rated the call 4 stars because they are replacing it but they need to work on the shipping method.

Love the items I got. The snowing Christmas tree was the toughest thing to assembly though.
