I ordered this product and spent quite a lot of money to have it shipped next day(Friday arrival). Christmas Central DID send my item out on time but due to a weather issue ups wasn't able to deliver the item until the following Monday. I web chatted with a customer service rep who was very nice but not super knowledgeable. The conversation drifted back and forth as she wasnt clear how the issue could be remedied. I understand that the actions of UPS are out Christmas Central's hands but since they give UPS so much business you would think that at least a partial shipping reimbursement could be arranged. I wish they would've returned me just the amount i paid for the speedier shipping. Paying for both the product and basic shipping was no problem for me. The item did arrive on Monday; unfortunately it was an item intended for use for a group of children on Easter Sunday. Also during our web chat we discussed how i might return the item. Basically, since i would be responsible for the return shipping charges it was too expensive to return. The money that would've been refunded for the item itself would wind up being significantly less than all of my combined shipping costs. The service rep did send me an e-mail coupon for 15% off a future purchase but frankly, i dont really want to order from them again. The only reasons i haven't rated the experience lower is that the customer service rep was very sweet and patient even though not much was resolved AND the item itself is okay- A bit shorter than advertised and definitely pink lights not purple but nice and full and fairly well made. We will enjoy it for some celebration. I just wish it had been the event we ordered it for.

Their site was hard to navigate and get an order to ship to someone OTHER than myself. Then when they finally did ship it, they sent me a shipping number they said was USPS but it didn't work on the USPS site (and it was NOT a UPS shipping number). Then when I called the customer service, they said it was shipped by UPS and gave me the UPS number. I have emails to flesh all this mess out. I will NOT use their site again. Terrible experience!

Merchandise was damaged and parts were missing. Don't know if this was due to inadequate packing or rough handling buy UPS. As for customer service, still waiting on results.
