Product was as described and was received in good condition. Product was received a little faster than anticipated. This was 2nd order and I would order again from this company. Very happy.

The service was good, but the product wasn't what I expected, the description was not what I received, it was misleading.

I was looking for a realistic fiber optic Christmas tree. I used the zoom function to look at the needles and thought I had found one, but when it arrived, the needles looked like paper strips instead of pine needles. The company requires a 10% restock fee on any return, even when the customer is dissatisfied with the product, plus I had to pay for return postage. Buyer beware.
