Your packaging and shipping and handling are VERY careless. My first item arrived broken and my second item was JAMMED in a box that was too small with a small square of bubble wrap thrown in. This item pierced a hole in the top of the box. It was just luck that it was not broken too. YOU ARE CARELESS with customer purchases. I will never order from you again.

Confirmations of "shipped" vs expected delivery info from seller was delayed or non-existant. I wasn't sure the purchase was on time for delivery (it was) until it actually arrived. (on time). Checks at the web site said "order not fulfilled" but it apparently was on time. Love the product! Just what we needed for out "Dept56 Snow Village" collection.
